Spicy Pan Grilled Shrimp: Recipe and Preparation

I cooked these shrimps in the shell because it adds more flavor to it and it’s hard to overcook shrimp while it’s still shelled.


1 large clove garlic
1 stock cube
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pound large king prawn with shell(21-26 shrimps)
Thoroughly wash shrimp with the shell.


MIX pepper, lemon juice, garlic, salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, parsley and and all the other spice to form a paste. Transfer sauce to a jar or container.

TOSS shrimp in a large bowl with sauce, and pour the sauce on the shrimp. Cover completely with sauce and allow it marinate for up to 30 min.

PREHEAT pan on stove on medium-high heat. Add shrimp coated with all the spices and Cook until shrimp becomes red and crusty on each side, turning once, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and serve your spicy Pan Grilled Shrimp with some veggies or your favorite sauce for dipping.
